New Shut-Off Policy

NEW SHUT-OFF POLICY BEGINNING  NOVEMBER 1ST.

New Shut-Off Policy will take effect November 1, 2022, any outstanding account balance not paid by the due date of each month, will receive a hand delivered final notice of shut-off. The outstanding account balance will need to be paid in full, as well as a $20.00 final notice fee within a TEN business day grace period.  If not paid, your water service will be terminated and will incur a $40.00 reconnect fee, as well as full account balance due, to be paid to reestablish service.
